Choose between a focus on Hips or Hearts as I guide you through advanced stretches and assisted postures as you gain mobility throughout various poses. Partner stretching and assists can be extremely beneficial for gaining flexibilty. Through out our 60 minute private, we will take deep postures, and use props to open up our bodies.
