As much as I love teaching yoga to large groups I feel as if my students gain the most insight on a personal level when working with me in a private setting. This is an opportunity to dive deep within the needs of your own practice to seek new levels of awareness by catering to physical needs within yoga asanas. By choosing to meet with me in a private setting, together we can set a fitness and mindfulness goal to inspire your best life. Yoga privates may consist of personal take home meditation videos and detailed fitness routines to help meet your goals in realistic time.
