Yogacara Global is the yoga school that I had the opportunity to complete my 200 hour Vinyasa + Hatha Yoga & Yin Yoga Training with. I grew into a teacher through these insightful and empowering yoga trainings. I now am a Kindred Kula Ambassador for Yogacara, where I have published yoga blogs and won scholarships through contests.
